Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your password. spinner77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any unauthorised activity resulting from failure to safeguard your login credentials is entirely the user's responsibility.

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities

Users of the spinner77 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Withdrawals & Processing Times

Account Suspension & Closure

Spinner77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or threats to platform security. Where an account is suspended for valid reasons, the associated account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team via email. Account closure will not be processed if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met.
